Job Purpose

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will work as part of a team processing a high volume of claims documentation. The Assessment Team is integral to the success of the LegalTech Division, generating quantum-based reports for our Legal Partners to commence immediate litigation proceedings. This position requires meticulous attention to detail within a targeted business environment.

Competency Requirements

  • Accurate completion of triage processes for all dispute resolution requirements
  • Accurate review and transfer of key data to proprietary software
  • Review of documentation to ensure compliant procedures followed at the point of sale.
  • Accurate completion of report in compliant manner in line with policy and procedures
  • Highlighting cases for closer review, working with quality assurance to ensure that all cases are managed correctly.
  • Achieving targeted daily output whilst maintaining high quality standards
  • Generating individual daily, weekly & monthly reporting
  • Build and maintain knowledge of, and adhere to quality, regulatory and company standards.
  • Comply with GDPR and Confidentiality guidelines and other company policy and procedures.
  • Build and maintain expert knowledge in order to conduct the role.
  • Build and maintain excellent detailed knowledge of the full client journey.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written – Essential.
  • Meticulous attention to detail – Essential
  • Experience with mortgages or in a dispute resolution environment would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • IT literate with the ability to pick up new systems.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to make fact-based decisions.
