Vastly experienced project and operations professional, Jo Sharp, will join ME Group’s Board as Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective from October 1st.
Jo previously served as the Group’s Operations and Technology Director.
Speaking about her appointment, she said: ‘I am delighted to be taking up the appointment of the Chief Operating Officer role both on the Board and within ME Group.
‘I’m looking forward to lead the strategy of the Group’s operating model, aligning and driving technology and programme management.’
ME Group is a LegalTech provider of litigation funding and legal process outsourcing focused on complex legal disputes.
Located in Cheadle, the company has rapidly grown from its inception in 2017 to become a market leader in its sector, championing access to justice for consumers.
Having joined the company in March 2019, Jo has over 20 years’ experience of working within the financial services sector, has managed both operational and project teams and is PRINCE 2 qualified.
She has supported the transitional management and delivery of new products, regulatory change, and is extremely experienced in using technology to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Jo will continue to report directly into Group CEO, Rob Cooper, who also commented on the appointment:
